arrange the terms in order of decreasing degree of x and find the degree of the polynomial for that

well we can get rid of the 2x3-x3-x3 because combining them is 0 so we have -7+5x2+3x arranging them would be 5x2+3x-7 and I don't know what you mean by that second part
