y= 2/3x^2-8/3x+5/3 3y = 2x^2 - 8x + 5 3/2y = x^2 - 4x + 5/2 = (x-2)^2 - 4 + 5/2 = (x-2)^2 - 3/2 y = 2/3(x-2)^2 - 1
