Mitosis produces identical daughter cells. Why? Let's use process of elimination. A: identical daughter cells. Yes. That's true! B: An egg and a sperm is produced by meiosis. Incorrect. C: Offspring that is not identical to the parent. Incorrect. Mitosis is an asexual reproductive process. So C is incorrect. D. Inferior Cells. I honestly have no idea what inferior cells are, but D is definitely incorrect.
