one becomes a moderator by a moderator asking you to be, but you must have the qualifications for them to discuss it, it's a process.

beccaboo333 that is not true, id give warnings, or simple suspensions, id only ban a user if they continuously kept breaking the rules, or did something absolutely inappropriate such as a swearathon or started harassing. got it
