If the volume for 3-D polyhedra A is 400 cm3 and the volume for 3-D polyhedral B is 800 cm3, what is the percent of change from A to B?

i know its like new amount - old amount over old amount times 100 percent or something but i have no idea what that even means

100% of 400 is 400. 200% of 400 is 800. The change is increased by 100%.

You don't really need any specific formula for this..

It is asking for the percent change from A to B. A = 400 B= 800 IF you increase A by 100% , you get B.
