I would do the "obvious".  make B at x=4, and put its height so it lines up with A
we are trying to make a rectangle, and a line straight across from A to B sounds nice and simple.

same for point C.  Put it below A.

This strategy might be too simple... it depends what choices they are giving us for the answer.
