yeah so if $19,400.00 is no more than 1/3 of his salary then you just multiply $19,400.00 times 3 and that will give you the least possible income because we know that his taxes do not exceed 1/3 of his salary then anything below 1/3 of his salary will increase his income so the least amount he can make is $58,200.00.
