That's a pretty interesting question! I guess the first thing you need to know is that Fidel Castro was the leader of Cuba. He's also a communist who led a rebel movement against the incredibly corrupt President Batista of Cuba decades ago and was the leader of the country for decades until relatively recently when he passed power to his brother.

America would be greater then it is now. He would take this deficit and turn it around. He would be way smarter then the past 2 presidents. But there was some bad things that could possible happen. Maybe if he were to be president and was going for another term, things would get messy. He would most likely kill everyone of his opponents.
