Calculate the surface area of the circle (πd2/4) with a diameter of 5cm: 3.14*5^2/4=19.6 Can someone help me find is this is accurate? If not, what am I doing wrong? Calculate the surface area of the dishwashing circle to molecules per layer (this requires converting the surface area from meters to nanometers) Thanks for any help.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

that is the surface area. "Calculate the surface area of the dishwashing circle to molecules per layer " i dont understand what this is trying to say

My thoughts exactly.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

i think they might mean: "Convert the surface area of the circle to molecules per layer" ..if they gave you a size for a molecule.
