which function rule would help yo find the values in the table? its going to be minute..... i'm writing out the table.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alrighty, let's do this together. Look at the first two places. You have your answers, so try to plug the J and K values in and see which one works. What is -12 x 2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So could A be the answer? No because that does not fit. Try the second one.-6*2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This one could be correct. Try another sequence with that rule.-6*4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep, this makes B the correct answer! Good job! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do I get best answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yay~!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope, go for it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A or D is the answer, i can't see any difference in them...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont think so.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if J = 4rb then r = j/4b. I cant really explain this one. Sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Anything else? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope, I can help as much as you need.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My replies might be a bit delayed because Im finishing some schoolwork as well...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im in 10th, Connections Academy. Three questions is completely fine, ask away. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, one moment. What grade are you in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, 7th grade sucked. lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That never happened to me out where I live. Most people left me alone, which was good, I had my ring of troublemakers >:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer is B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

next Question..... During exercize, the recommended maximum heart rate in beats per minute is modeled by the formula, M= 176 - 0.8A, where M is the maximum heart rate and A is the persons age. solve the formula for A. At what age would you have recomended maximum heart rate in beats per minute of 140? Answer choices: A: 40yrs B: 50 yrs C: 25 yrs D: 45 years

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, you are pretty much going to do try check and revise with the answers. Take 0.8 and multiply it by an answer, then subtract what you get from 176, if you get 140 the number you multiplied by is the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay i think it D. am i right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yay!! lol okay last one:) |dw:1387525282724:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you see a pettern?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it keeps adding 0.8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So take 5.4 and add 0.8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so i went ahead and did both:) i got 6.2 and 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There you go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright:) haha thanks for all your help:0 i have to turn in. thanks again!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem, peace out.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
