the formula for this is {(x2+x1/2),(y2+y1/2)} then (x1,y1)=(2,3) (x2,y2)=(1,6)

You're just finding the average between the x values and the average between the y values...
That's all you have to do.

Avg(L)=(l(1)+l(2)+..l(e))/e
the formula for this is {(x2+x1/2),(y2+y1/2)} (x1,y1)=(-2,3) (x2,y2)=(1,6) so u r correct
