By looking at the Evidence here and the statistics...
If the guy claims he drank something magical, which we will take as "x". We would take the other person who drank the drink "x" as "yx". Now this means that when the other person drank the drink "x" he died but the first person didn't.
I have come to the conclusion that the first person drank the "x" was actually "Vodka" and that person himself was a Russian.
