What needs to be on the ID?  Is it a photo ID?

It needs to be any reasonably official photo ID.

Those who are in school typically use a school issued student ID card. Those out of school are usually over legal driving age and use a drivers license. Or an employer issued ID tag. Not limited to those forms of IDs - you can use anything you like as long as it has your name and your photo on it, and was given to you by a reasonably official source.

Not, ah, that we don't trust you or anything, but it is just nice for safety reasons to match a real world face and a real world name with the online identity.

Yes, I totally understand the reason why!  I'm VERY happy they have the ID of everyone in a position of leadership/power.  I was just wondering what type would work :D
