when you hold a pen and write on your notebook, what kind of force is exerted by you on the pen ? By the pen on the notebook? by you on the notebook? 1) I think it's contact force (electromagnetic force) 2) again it's contact force Am i right ??also i don't know answer of 3rd question.

I also agree with your answers. Whenever 2 bodies are in contact contact force acts between them.

"1) I think it's contact force (electromagnetic force)" that is really confusing what you are trying to say :-/ see.. if u look at it at a macroscopic level, then yes.. its a contact force but if u try to go deep down.. trying to find what causes this force, go into your muscles, then cells and ultimately atoms and electrons, you wil realize that it is nothing but electromagnetic NON CONTACT force.. muhahaha.. so its a non contact force.. so what should be ur answer? well.. its definitely a macroscopic point of view, so its contact force.. but don't say electromagnetic.. u are not asked to look at it at the fundamental level third question is a good question to understand how strict we are when we talk about forces. U are putting force on pen, and the pen puts force on the book. you are NOT putting any force on the book.
