I know that the name of a sequence such as T(n) = n^2+1 is quadratic sequence, but what about sequences like T(n)=n^3 + 2n^2 +2? What is the mathematical name/term for this kind of sequences?

Generally, no one much cares after not too long. 2 - Quadratic 3 - Cubic 4 - Quartic 5 - Quintic That's about it for general usage.
