Which shows the fractions in increasing order? five-twelfths, one-eighth, three-eighths, seven-twelfths seven-twelfths, five-twelfths, three-eighths, one-eighth seven-twelfths, one-eighth, five-twelfths, three-eighths one-eighth, three-eighths, five-twelfths, seven-twelfths

The easiest thing would be to convert each fraction to decimals to see if it is increasing all the way or not. You can already rule out #2, because 7/12 is larger than 5/12, and yet it is before it in the list :)
