motivate yourself! think of your "happy place", relax, and believe in yourself! you can do it!

Best thing to do is find an aspect of the topic that interests you. You will enjoy the writing process much more. If there is no leeway or room for playing with the topic, see if you can find an interesting or creative way to approach the subject.

Find a topic that you feel like you could write about forever and/or something that you feel very strongly about. It's a lot easier for me that way. And make sure you don't stress yourself out over it, just relax and think about your topic.
