sleeping late is bad.... hmmmm sort of. many studies suggest that it is NOT GOOD because of the disruption in the circadian cycle, which leads to many bad things such as disruption in hormone production and metabolism

Just adding, that (yto my pinion) best hours to sleep are from 8-12 ( at night)
