7. The politicians who met at the Hartford Convention in 1814

These guys were Federalists, and discussed their oppositions and issues to the War of 1812 - this was the main focus, not the constitution so much. They asked the government to help New England's trade economy, and for a new Constitutional amendment which required a two-thirds majority, rather than a simple 51% majority, in order for embargoes to be imposed or war to be declared.
