and i answered

Cuando era niño yo estaba muy gorda y morena y graciosa.

would that be correct?

It would actually be Cuando era niña yo era muy gorda, morena, y graciosa or De niña yo era gorda, morena, y graciosa.

Instead of 'Todos mis amigos eran en mi clase tambien' it would be 'Tambien todos mis amigos estaban en mi clase' and for the last sentence it'd be 'los viernes teniamos fiestas de pizza.'

its supposed to be about when i was a little girl, so imperfect, would i still use teniamos?

You could also say 'Ademas de eso, tuvimos fiestas de pizza'

the question was 'what did you do durring the summer and my answer was

durante el verano me iba a Disneyland mucho con mi familia y amigos. Iba al campamento de YMCA y nos iba a parques acuáticos, Legoland y mucho más. Me iba a la playa con todos mis amigos y nos gustaría nadar en el agua.
