I love it when I am mentioned. Okay based off of that information, I am able to tell that the equation will be equal to 23.26. Sorry got to go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks i also seen that each apple costs 1.79 and multiplied it by 8 and got 14.32

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh and thanks for all your hlp Later

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im trying to understand does p equal how many pounds

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so far i got 1.49p +14.32=23.26

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 1.49 is how much each pound of apples cost

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Basically you have 1.49x + 14.32 = 23.26

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Did she buy five apples? Is that what we're on right now?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.49x = 8.94

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no she didnt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No she bought 6 apples. I divided 8.94 by 1.49

OpenStudy (anonymous):
