Multiply, use the distributive property
Use it then. What do you get?
1/3x^2+3xy-2/3? im not really sure
\[\frac{ 1 }{ 3 }x (x+9y) - 2\] \[\frac{ x^2 }{ 3 }+3xy - 2\]
You are multiply the 1/3 x into what is inside the parentheses only
