Why would taxation without representation seem unfair to Enlightenment thinkers? No chance to present reasons. Not allowed to vote. Both are correct.

Ooh I am a little confused. Yes "No chance to present reasons" is at least one of the answers. I'm not sure how specific "Not allowed to vote" is getting. No the thinkers were not allowed to vote against the mother country. I would put down that Both are correct.
