(x - h)2 + (y-k)2 = r2 ---->equation of a circle
(x+10)^2+(y-4)^2=100
If a center is (h,k)
and the radius is r^2 which in this equation of yours r^2=100
You tell me what you think the center and radius are through these steps and check like that. :)

a,b is the center
r is the radius
