The problem really isn't people with guns its idiots with guns like people that shouldn't have guns such as Adam Lanza we shouldn't be allowing mentally troubled people to have guns and we should in force better safety laws but not strip everybody of the guns.

Gun's are needed in many occasions really the thing is is guns save just as many if not more lives then they destroy it's really a stale mate with the whole issue I see your side but I also see the other side.... it just is an endless debate that can't and most likely never will be won

Not if the innocent knows how to aim which most people do there are many places to shoot a person to simply disable them while the innocent contacts the authorities for example: kneecaps, right shoulder and just under the gut.

true but during that split second they have the ability to make a rough guess and fire at the shoulder possibly or the knee or leg still disabling the perp
