Actually it is hard to tell the exact values from the graph I provided. @ranga 's link is very helpfull if you want to be precise about the values. Just copy your function and paste it on the graph calculator.

I copied and pasted the function in the link I provided earlier. The function decreases in the interval (-0.142, 1.281) and (4.111, infinity).
