OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the purpose of examining growth on moldy bread? a. to analyze the growth patterns b. to demonstrate the ill effects of mold c. to get rid of moldy bread

OpenStudy (blues):

It depends on the context of your question. Plainly if you are in food service or a baker, you want to get rid of bread that is spoiled or you can't sell or eat. If you are a physician looking at an outbreak of digestive upsets or stomach illnesses, you'd probably be looking at the specific species to see what kind of health effects they would have on the person. And if you were a scientist interested in evolution of sub clonal fungal genomes, for example, you'd be analysing the different kinds of mould present to see how they grow.

yup the answers C

OpenStudy (blues):

Clara, I did not say the answer was "C." I made three separate cases for why the answer could be "A" B" or "C."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-.- ur just confusing her

OpenStudy (blues):

No - I am not trying to confuse anyone. In fact, I am trying to prevent anyone else from confusing the issue by giving a 'wrong' answer. Based on the info the tutors were given, any one of the answers could be equally correct. As I showed and supported. The answer was basically a request for her to give us complete info.
