Is it possible to get to level 100? Everyone in the high levels is level 99.

Satellite is so many light years ahead of every other user on the site that his/her SmartScale is by definition 100, on a scale of 0 to 100. All other users are scaled accordingly.

Satellite is the only and will be the only, forever, level 100. SmartScore is relative. Since only one person can be 100, there is no one relative to that user.
