Describe the activities that take place in the stroma in bright sunlight and in darkness

Photosynthesis is a process in which visible sunlight is converted into chemical energy. This process occurs within the stroma. While in Dark reactions take place in the stroma and yield sugar, amino acids, and lipids. Thanks for asking ChaCha.
