Some people may get tagged quite frequently. Usually those people ignore the tag or sometimes they are upset. I feel as though they should take it as a compliment. However, I guess at times these people do not want to be bothered. If you do not want to be bothered why log on?

Ask them. I get tagged often and it doesn't really annoy me. Some people are just more irritable than others.

Some people can get annoyed, because for one they are doing something or two, many many other users are being tagged at once. It can become frustrating and quite annoying to some people. If a user doesn't help you with all the tags you give them... it may be best to not tag them again.

The only time I think it's mildly annoying is when someone just mass spam tags everybody in the world. That should probably be limited down to at max 5 people per post.

Or perhaps the users who mass spam should be only allowed to tag one user every like 30 minutes or something.. or for every user. Or maybe even wait like others do for help.

People with lower smartscores don't understand the concept of "now-I'm-annoyed-at-all-the-tags" because the majority aren't tagged as frequently.  I get tagged a lot, but even I don't know it to the extent of someone that's like 80+ gets it.  

65 really seemed to be a turning point for me for the amount of tags I receive.  But people with low smartscores get so few tags that they cannot understand how it could be annoying.  They cannot understand the magnitude in which the high smartscore people are tagged.   

PLEASE don't take offense!!  I was a VERY low smartscore last month, so I have great respect for the low smartscore people.
