find x-intercepts of x^4-2x^3-8x^2+12x-16

I don't know how to find exact values of them, Do you have any idea?
since f(-3) = 11 and f(-2) = -40 , the root must be between -3 and -2,
and f(3) =-25 and f(4) =32 , I have another root.
However, I don't know how to find them out
