Does anyone know if there is an interactive curve sketching site for polynomials (for Calculus)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know for sure if its interactive, but i use www.desmos.com/calculator for all graphs

OpenStudy (precal):

will it show the tangent lines as I travel the function?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes it does

OpenStudy (precal):

ok let me try it and if I get stuck I will come back

OpenStudy (precal):

https://www.desmos.com/calculator ok I put in y=x^2 how do I put in the tangent lines?

OpenStudy (precal):

@fortune_paul

OpenStudy (precal):

Does not look interactive at all??? Oh well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you click on the left panel just above the data you entered, and select the type of information you want displayed on the graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ie. visualizing slopes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@precal

OpenStudy (precal):

Thanks I will try it again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try using graphmatica
