actually, FYI- i did that quiz, and they always give you the right answer. heres what the quiz had to say; Yo ho, you're going to pay for that! When the French got a new government, the U.S. refused to repay its old debts to the new leaders. How did the French respond? With pirates! (Seriously, they hired pirates to seize American ships.)
