As the reporters gathered around him, Coach Capra began his statement. "I believe you all know that Frank Brennan will be the team'a replacement quarterback for the rest of this season. Michael Ramey's injuries will keep him from playing and we don't have anybody better than young Frank." Coach Capra's thinking is A) Inductive B) Deductive

I am having a little bit of trouble. I know that inductive is going from specific to general, and deductive is going from general to specific. I also know that inductive is based on observations and experiences and deductive is based on rule, law, principle, or generalization. I just can't tell which one it is.

OpenStudy (blurbendy):

im leaning towards inductive but im not 100 percent sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can see why, because this is probably based off the coach's experiences with the players right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Maybe it is inductive because deductive is based off more of law and rule i guess.

OpenStudy (blurbendy):

that was my reasoning as well
