Is it multiple choice?
Since the mean is 20.7, half of the scores were above that value. 68% of people will score within one standard deviation below or above the mean. This means that of the 50% that were above 20.7, 34% of them were between the mean and mean plus SD. This leaves 16% of people to be above 26.7.
