The listening efficiency rate for most people is: A. hear 25 percent of messages/miss 75 percent of messages. B. hear 75 percent of messages/miss 25 percent of messages. C. hear 10 percent of messages/miss 90 percent of messages. D. hear 90 percent of messages/ miss 10 percent of messages.
