So I put f(x) = -2x/3 + 400 for the function, but I'm not sure if that's right and I'm a little confused about how to graph it

the function seem correct to me :)
then y-intercept is when x=0
and the x-intercept is when y=0

So then for the graph would I just plot a point on (0,400) and then from there go two units down and three to the right and plot the second one?
