well start with

WX = 2

and

WY = 3WX

so

WY = 2 x 3


WY = 6

next find XY

from the information in the diagram

\[XY = WY - WX\]

so

XY = 6- 2

then

XY = 4

now

XZ = 2 times XY

so

XY = 2 x 4

XY = 8

lastly you need to find

YZ = 1/2 XZ

to the legnth

WZ = WY + YZ

WZ = 6 + 4
= 10
