You know the side opposite the 32 degree angle and you are trying to find the hypotenuse. Which trig function involves those two sides?

I have no idea...

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

sine = opposite/hypotenuse sin(theta) = opp/hyp sin(32) = 20/x x*sin(32) = 20 x = 20/sin(32) x = 20/0.5299192642332 ... use a calculator (and make sure you're in degree mode) x = 37.7415982959976 x = 37.74 ... round to 2 decimal places
