2 quarts of juice is related to 1 quart of soda in the same way that 5 quarts of juice is related to x quarts of soda. Or in other words: \[\frac{2}{5}=\frac{1}{x}\]
So the answer is?
Surely you can cross multiply and solve that proportion for yourself.
