@amoodarya @klakelyn @HomeschoolGrad

The angles of a triangle = 180 you already have two 30s so the other angle is 120

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since those angles are vertical angles, x=120

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops i missed the equation part. let me see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh i get it.I'm not very good at angles so thanks for helping me :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the three angles of a triangle add up to 180 x and the third angle of that triangle are *vertical angles* which means they are equal http://www.mathwords.com/v/vertical_angles.htm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

180-60=120 i dont know how to write an equation to show vertical angles, but you're wlecome:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they probably want you to write x instead of 120 for the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x does equal 120 but they didn't say to solve the equation yet :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks @Phaen
