I just read Enders Game, and immediately got hooked, but I am wondering, should I keep reading the sequels. I know the next books will be different, more philosophy, religion and less action, but there are the shadow sequels where its the same events but from someone elses point of view. But I do know from experience the books will gradually get worse until you don't want more. This happened to me when i read the halo books after halo: The Cole protocol. What i want to know, is reading the sequels to Enders game worth it?

It has 8 books i think, some very distant to the first. It is one of those books you love to read but then they make indefinite sequels, never know when to stop, and you don't know if you should or not read it. Please someone that has read the series, can you help me?

Speaker for the Dead is about Ender trying to show people that the Formics weren't really evil. Ender's Shadow is another book that's about Bean, and is my personal favorite. It tells us all about Bean and how he grew up on the streets and got into the Battle School. It shows us more about Earth's current status that Ender's game is. That's all I know about so far, I'm trying to read the others, too.
