It can only be unfair if there was no reason for it. But if there were many warnings, or previous suspensions... Then longer suspensions will occur. Or if something did happen, the suspension is that long for that reason. Sorry about your friend. You can ask an ambie to wonder why too.

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Evading suspension is not cool~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know I tried warning them myself

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Uh oh I can tell @Compassionate probably aint happy

OpenStudy (compassionate):

Hi, Sel95. By, "evading suspension," you used that account to ban-evade, which is a major rule. You're also using your Sel95 account to ban-evade, which is even worst. Both your Sel95 and unknownperson275 have the same IP-address when rerouted through DOX. You also have, "Sel95," as your name in unknownperson275, which further concludes, tha tyou are in fact, using Sel95 to protest a ban on unknownperson275, which will result in an even further suspension. We discussed this in Private Message. I am not a moderator, so I will not suspend you or do anything to your account in any way, shape or form, however, this is a clear violation of the CoC. You may now, with or without a warning, or without a reason, be suspended permanantly based on a moderator's discretion. I suggest you logout of your account and come back in six weeks. Remember, Administrators and Moderator's can see your IP address, and will know if you're ban-evading. Some people, like me, can see your IP address through separate tools, too, so don't try to ban-evade again. You'll be caught. This is a major offense. Please, take time to review the Code of Conduct and Terms and Services. CoC: http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct TaS: http://openstudy.com/terms-and-conditions I am not mad at you, I love all the members here and only wish the best. Which is why I am addressing my concern for you wellbeing and future on OpenStudy. I believe in people, and people they can change. I choose to see the best in people. Just wait it out, and come back, please! It's not our mistakes that are important, what's important is how we learn and grow from our mistakes. I've made plenty of mistakes on OpenStudy in the past, but I've also grown a lot because I've had great people like @Preetha and @shadowfiend to guide me. Cheers; in compassion and love, Compassionate ~ :)

It wasn't me a Swear they put my name with permisson

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I swear on my whole life!!!! And right now hope to die!!!

OpenStudy (compassionate):

Well - this is a very unique situation, Sel95, I suggest you take this up with an Administrator, and show some valid proof that you, Sel, are not the original person who evaded the suspension. Now, I cannot speak on behalf of OpenStudy, but a lot of sites go by IP address, and any account on that IP will receive the same repercussion as the others. You'll have to contact Preetha about this policy, as I am not an administrator. I do hope you're telling the truth, but it looks fairly dim. Best of luck ~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@sel95 I am not familiar with this matter exactly, but I can probably look into that that provided you send me a detailed explanation of what happened. Please IM me that and I'll look into it within the next week or two. If you already sent that to contact@openstudy, just forward me that email. Thanks.
