It is asking 'Where do YOU dress?' Whenever someone asks you a question pertaining to yourself, you always begin with 'I.' So you would respond saying I dress in ___. Me is like Yo and Te is like Tu. Since you would answer starting with 'I' the sentence should begin with Me. So it is either A or D. The translation of A is 'I dress in the pool.' That does not make sense so double check the translation of D: 'I dress in the cabin.' So D makes the most sense.
