In other words. If X is the number of students in the class. X must be divisble by 6 and 4, since /exactly/ implies no remainder. 
Between 30 and 41, only 36 is divisble by 6, it is also divisible by 4.

75% of 36 = /exactly/ 27
1/6 of 36 = /exactly/ 6

So it must be 36.
