You don't persuade with sarcasm because it can often be misunderstood for your real opinion. Hidden messages make no sense because you can not persuade when the reader doesn't know the message you were trying to send. You never want to approach the reader with hatred because it's not a very persuasive point of argument for obvious reasons.

In all honesty, I'm a little iffy about this one. What was the assignment in relation to? What form of writing are you referencing? None of the answers seem quite right, but in a more 'informational' type of paper, like a speech that the DA would give I would say Polite Disagreement. You could go with B if you think they're referencing things like fiction works.
