How to calculate max. speed based on max. kinetic energy?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I calculated the max kinetic e Ek= mv^2 /2 =(0.0083kg)( 1.028328612m/s)^2 / 2 =0.0044J I also got the max potential e as 0.79 J. But how do i calculate the max speed, it can't be 1.028.. m/s as that seems too easy

What's the problem you're doing? What context is this in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is for a project in which we had to build a marble rollercoaster and do a report on it
