No , its C because Air has multiple components (eg N2, O2 etc) and they are all in gas phase mixing with one another .air is considered to be a solution for the very reason it is called air and not pure oxygen. air contains mulitple gases and most common or which are oxygen carbon dioxide and hydrogen.
