Why are atoms neutral and have no overall charge?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

atoms arent neutral electroms and protons have the different charges which they make up the atom

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Atoms are NOT neutral in the ordinary situation???? May you explain more!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If it weren't, then there would remain nothing in the world. Suppose what would happen if we hadn't iron or aluminium to make things.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

things founds on the earth as no overall charge, atoms made it. there's no atom founded alone as a single atom, they'd be binding with others. though there are atoms which have a steady state, they could be found as a single atom and they must be noble gases
