OCW Scholar - Physics I: Classical Mechanics 54 Online

I have a back ground in mechanics, however, it is algebra and trig based. I recently started studying the online MIT classical mechanics course and found problems containing calculus based physics. Can you direct me to where I can get an understanding of how to perform these kinds of problems and is the MIT course the best out there?
